By submitting a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with the auction rules and regulations.

Auction Process

The auction will take place virtually and will start at 1:00 AM on May 16 and end at 6:00 PM on June 1.

The dresses do not have a starting price for the auction.

An email address is assigned to each dress being auctioned. Participants wishing to bid must choose the email corresponding to the dress of their choice.

Participants must include their bid amount in the "Subject" of the email, and their full name, phone number, and postal address in the body of the email.

Each new bid will be compiled, and the highest bids will be revealed every two days on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Each email will be reviewed and verified every two days by Ms. Nathalie Dubé, notary at Levesque Associés S.E.N.C.R.L. in St-Lin.

Only an authorized person may cancel a bid.

Lot Assignment

The dress will be awarded to the highest bidder at the close of the auction. The last bid recorded at the closing time will determine the final purchase price for each dress.

The winning bidder will be contacted on June 2, 2019.

An invoice will be issued and must be paid on-site by cheque payable to Boutique Mariclod, by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), debit, or in cash.

The dresses will be sold as-is and must be accepted as awarded. They are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No substitutions will be allowed. Alterations may be made at the winner's expense by Boutique Mariclod.

All employees, managers, and administrators of Boutique Mariclod are eligible to purchase any of the dresses.

General Conditions

A tax receipt will be issued under certain conditions, in accordance with the Income Tax Act and regulations governing charitable organizations.

The winning bidder will be contacted on June 2, 2019, and must come to Boutique Mariclod at 761 Saint-Isidore Street, Saint-Lin-Laurentides, Quebec, J5M 2M4, before June 4 to claim their purchase. If they do not, the sale will go to the next highest bidder.

By participating in the auction, each participant releases from liability the employees, directors, members, administrators, volunteers of Boutique Mariclod, its agents and representatives, as well as the company and the designer donating the dresses, from any damages, injuries, or losses that may occur due to their participation, acceptance, or use of the lot.
